Welcome to your 5 Star Villa Holidays villa. We want you to have a wonderful, relaxing and memorable stay. To help us maintain the villa to the highest standard and ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please observe the following house policies.

🕐 Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in 4pm and check-out time 10am
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
• Please leave the villa on time on your departure day so our housekeeping team can prepare the property for the next guests.
• Luggage storage may be available at the clubhouse or another designated location—please ask the property management team.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guests & Occupancy

• Only the guests included on the booking may stay at the villa unless prior approval has been given.
• Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property.
• Visitors are only permitted with prior approval from the property management team.
• The villa must not be used for parties, events or gatherings without prior written approval.

🔇 Noise & Neighbours

• Please be respectful of our neighbours and the local community.
• Keep music and noise to a reasonable level, particularly during evening and night-time hours.
• No loud parties or disruptive behaviour are permitted.
• No Noise / loud music between hours 11pm - 8am 

🚭 Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
• If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette ends safely and never throw them into gardens, bins or the pool area.
• Smoking-related damage or additional cleaning will be charged against the security deposit.
• €400 fine for smoking inside the villa 

🔥 Candles, BBQs & Fire Safety

• Do not use candles, incense or naked flames inside the villa unless specifically provided and approved.
• BBQs must only be used in the designated area.
• Never leave a BBQ unattended.
• Please ensure all BBQs and cooking equipment are fully extinguished after use.

❄️ Air Conditioning & Electricity

To help us operate sustainably and reduce unnecessary energy consumption:

• Please switch off air conditioning, lights and electrical appliances when they are not required.
• Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is operating.
• Do not leave air conditioning running while the villa is unoccupied.
• Please use electricity responsibly.

💧 Water

Water is a valuable resource, particularly during the summer months.

• Please avoid unnecessary water use.
• Turn taps off fully after use.
• Report any leaks or plumbing issues immediately to the property management team.

🏊 Pool & Jacuzzi

• Please follow the separate Swimming Pool Guidelines and Outdoor Jacuzzi Guidelines provided in this guest guide.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No glass is permitted around the pool or jacuzzi.
• Please shower before using the pool or jacuzzi.
• Do not use the pool or jacuzzi while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

🧹 Villa & Belongings

• Please treat the villa, furniture, appliances and equipment with care.
• Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.
• Do not remove villa items from the property.
• Please report any accidental damage or breakages to the property management team as soon as possible.
• Accidental damage is much easier to resolve when reported promptly.

🗑️ Rubbish & Recycling

• Please place rubbish in the designated bins.
• Do not leave food or rubbish around the villa or outdoor areas.
• Please follow any local recycling and waste-disposal instructions provided.

🔐 Security

• Please lock doors and windows whenever leaving the villa.
• Do not give villa keys, access codes or security information to anyone who is not part of your booking.
• Please report any lost keys or security concerns immediately.

💶 Security Deposit & Electricity Usage

A €500 refundable security/damage deposit is required prior to arrival. A meter reading may be taken at the beginning and end of your stay. Where applicable, electricity usage will be calculated and the relevant amount may be deducted from your deposit. We kindly ask guests to use electricity responsibly. Please switch off lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances when they are not required, and keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is operating.

🚨 Damage & Maintenance

If something breaks, stops working or is damaged during your stay, please contact the 5 Star Villa Holidays Property Management Team immediately. Please do not attempt repairs yourself.

❌ Prohibited

The following are not permitted:

• Parties or unauthorised events
• Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour
• Unregistered overnight guests
• Smoking inside the villa
• Illegal activities
• Damage to the property or its contents
• Removing furniture or villa items from the property
• Glassware around the pool or jacuzzi

We want you to enjoy your stay in a beautiful, clean and comfortable villa. Our housekeeping team works hard to maintain the highest standards throughout your stay.

🧼 Cleaning Service

• Your villa will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.
• Any scheduled housekeeping visits during your stay should be requested with the 5 Star Villa Holidays property management team on a day the guests are planning to leave the villa. 
• Please allow our housekeeping team access to the villa at the agreed times.
• If you require additional cleaning or fresh towels, please contact the property management team. Additional charges may apply.

🛏️ Towels & Bed Linen

• Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
• Please do not use villa towels at the beach or pool. Where provided, please use the designated pool/beach towels.
• Please do not remove towels or bed linen from the property.
• If you require fresh towels or linen, please contact the property management team. Additional charges may apply
• Bedding & Towel Care - To help us keep our linens in excellent condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you: Please shower to remove sunscreen, tanning products, and chlorine before using the beds or towels. If you notice any sunscreen marks on towels or bedding, please wash the items as soon as possible. Sunscreen stains become permanent if left untreated for several days and cannot be removed through normal laundering. Unfortunately, permanently stained linens must be replaced. Replacement charges are as follows: Towels: €10 per towel Bedding: €20 per bedding set. This will be deducted from the refundable security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our accommodation.

🗑️ Keeping the Villa Tidy

During your stay, we kindly ask guests to:

• Place rubbish in the designated bins.
• Keep food securely stored and dispose of waste regularly.
• Avoid leaving food or drinks uncovered, particularly outdoors, as this may attract insects.
• Clean up spills promptly.
• Please do not move indoor furniture outside.
• Keep wet towels and clothing away from indoor furniture.
• Keep the kitchen reasonably clean after use.

🌿 Outdoor Areas

Please help us keep the outdoor areas clean and enjoyable:

• Do not leave food or rubbish around the pool or outdoor areas.
• Please use the designated bins.
• Shake sand and excess dirt from footwear before entering the villa.
• Please do not take villa towels to the beach.

Refundable Damage Deposit and Electricity Policy - A €500 refundable damage deposit is payable prior to arrival. A metre reading will be taken at the beginning and end of your rental period. The electricity used during your stay will be calculated based on these readings, and the applicable amount will be deducted from your deposit. The remaining balance will then be refunded. As part of our commitment to sustainable living, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of their energy consumption:

• Please turn off lights and electrical appliances when they are not required.
• Please switch off air conditioning when leaving a room or the villa.
• Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is operating so it can work efficiently.
• Please avoid leaving air conditioning running in unoccupied rooms.

Thank you for helping us reduce unnecessary energy consumption and make your stay more sustainable. Waste Disposal - the big silver street bins are located on the road near the villa.  Please do not leave bins outside because cats can burst the bags. Recycle plastic in the designated bins in Alanya  Security & Safety Information - please lock doors at night and when leaving the villa 

For everyone's safety and enjoyment, please follow these pool guidelines during your stay.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.
• Please do not dive or jump into the pool.
• Please walk carefully around the pool area as surfaces can become slippery when wet.
• No glass, crockery or other breakable items are permitted around the pool.
• Please do not bring food or drinks into the pool.
• Shower before entering the pool, particularly after using sun cream.
• Please use appropriate swimwear.
• Do not use the pool if you are feeling unwell or under the influence of alcohol or medication that may affect your awareness.
• Please do not run around the pool area.
• Keep pool toys and inflatables tidy when not in use and ensure they do not obstruct access to the pool.
• Please keep pool equipment, covers and safety equipment in their designated places.
• The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
• Please report any damage, maintenance issues or concerns to the 5 Star Villa Holidays property management team immediately.
• Please keep the pool area clean and tidy and be considerate of neighbouring properties, particularly in the evening.
• Please use pool towels for pool area and jacuzzi. 

☀️ Pool Safety

Never leave children unattended around the pool, even for a short period. Young children and non-swimmers should remain within arm's reach of an adult. Enjoy the pool, stay safe and have fun!

Please follow these guidelines to ensure the jacuzzi is enjoyed safely and remains in excellent condition for all guests.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the jacuzzi.
• Children and non-swimmers should never use the jacuzzi without close adult supervision.
• Please shower before entering the jacuzzi.
• Please use appropriate swimwear.
• Do not use the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Do not bring glass, crockery or breakable items into the jacuzzi area.
• Please do not eat or drink while using the jacuzzi.
• Do not use bath oils, bubble bath, shampoo, shower gel or other products in the jacuzzi, as these can damage the system and affect the water quality.
• Please do not exceed the maximum number of people recommended for the jacuzzi.
• Do not sit, stand or climb on the jacuzzi cover.
• Please keep the jacuzzi cover securely in place when the jacuzzi is not being used.
• Take care when entering and leaving the jacuzzi, as the surrounding surfaces may be slippery.
• Avoid prolonged use, particularly in hot weather. Take regular breaks and drink plenty of water.
• If you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or uncomfortable, leave the jacuzzi immediately.
• Do not use the jacuzzi if you have a medical condition that makes exposure to hot water unsafe unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening and night-time hours, out of consideration for neighbours.
• Report any damage, unusual noises, water issues or equipment problems to the 5 Star Villa Holidays property management team immediately.
• The jacuzzi is not supervised by a lifeguard. Guests use the facility at their own risk.

To ensure you can enjoy the facilities throughout your stay, our local property management team provides regular maintenance at no additional cost.

Swimming Pool

• The swimming pool is cleaned and maintained daily.
• Our team will access the pool area using the external entrance.
• The team does not require access through the villa.
• Please allow our team access to the pool area when required.
• Please do not obstruct the external pool entrance.

Outdoor Jacuzzi

• The outdoor jacuzzi is cleaned and maintained every 2 days.
• This service is included in your stay at no additional cost.
• Our team will access the jacuzzi using the external entrance.
• The team does not require access through the villa.

• Our team will access the garden using the external entrance.
• The team does not require access through the villa.

• Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the villa.

• Keep all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is operating.
• Keeping doors and windows closed allows the air conditioning to work efficiently and cool the villa more quickly.
• Please turn off the air conditioning when it is not required.
• Avoid setting the temperature unnecessarily low. A comfortable temperature helps reduce energy consumption.
• Please do not use air conditioning with doors or windows open.
• If you are spending time outdoors, please switch off the indoor air conditioning before leaving the villa.

🏡 Before Leaving the Villa

Before heading out for the day, please check:

• Air conditioning is switched off.
• Lights are switched off.
• Unnecessary electrical appliances are switched off.
• Doors and windows are closed securely.

⚡ Electricity Usage

Electricity consumption is monitored during your stay where applicable. A meter reading may be taken at the beginning and end of your rental period, and usage may be calculated and deducted from the refundable security deposit in accordance with your booking terms. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us reduce unnecessary energy consumption and support more sustainable holidays.

🥩 Lost Restaurant

A popular choice and busy most evenings, so we recommend booking in advance. There is often music and a lively atmosphere. Our recommendation: Try the Lokum Steak — one of our favourites! 📞 Our team can help arrange a reservation.

🥩 Elite Restaurant

A great choice for a lovely meal in Alanya, with a menu offering something for everyone. We recommend adding Elite to your list if you're looking for a quality restaurant for an evening meal.

🌅 Gardenia

One of our favourite choices for beautiful sunset views and great food. Gardenia is located up towards Alanya Castle. You can either:

• 🚠 Take the gondola/cable car up to the castle and walk across, or
• 🚗 Drive directly to the restaurant.

We recommend arriving in time to enjoy the sunset.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Casa Mue

A particularly good choice for families with children. The sea is shallow here, making it ideal for children to play and enjoy the water. Special arrangement: We can arrange your visit to Casa Mue so that you do not have to pay for the sun loungers. Please contact the 5 Star Villa Holidays team in advance and we can arrange this for you.

🌊 Lui Beach Lounge

A lovely beachside option for food and a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying lunch or an easy-going meal by the sea.

☀️ Ohana

A versatile favourite that works beautifully for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A great option if you want somewhere relaxed that you can visit at any time of the day.

🌴 House of Bohem

Lovely food with a relaxed, laid-back beach atmosphere. You can enjoy the beach, sun loungers and music while having something to eat. A great choice for a relaxed day by the sea.

🐔 Hisariçi Alanya

This is the beautiful traditional setting we mentioned! Expect chickens, rabbits and gorgeous olive trees, creating a very relaxed and authentic atmosphere. A lovely place to experience a different side of Alanya away from the busy coastline.

🇹🇷 Tepe Montana

For a traditional Turkish breakfast, Tepe Montana is a great choice and is conveniently located close to the villa. Expect a generous Turkish breakfast with plenty of delicious local flavours. Our recommendation: Go hungry! 😋

☕ Lotus Cafe

A lovely option for a coffee, light bite or relaxed break while exploring Alanya.

Another local favourite for a relaxed coffee or something to eat, particularly if you're looking for a more casual experience.

A relaxed beach club offering food, drinks and a great setting for enjoying the Alanya coastline. Perfect for a chilled-out beach day, whether you want to relax on a sun lounger, enjoy lunch or spend the afternoon by the sea. Kids under 16 years are not allowed in the swimming pool. 

🌴 Zizi Beach

A stylish beach club with swimming pool. Offering a more grown-up atmosphere with DJ Please note: Zizi Beach is for adults and guests aged 16+ only. A great option for couples, friends or anyone looking for a beach day without younger children.

Gol Piknik Dimçayı – Dimçayı Anadolu Köyü This is a fantastic place to spend a day or afternoon relaxing, eating and unwinding right beside the river. You can enjoy a meal while sitting over the water and taking in the beautiful natural surroundings. It is particularly great for families as the children will love the swimming pool and water slides. The pool water is certainly warmer than the river! ⭐ Our recommendation: Definitely worth a visit — one of our favourite family days out.

🪂 Paragliding

For the more adventurous, why not experience Alanya from above? Take to the skies and enjoy incredible views of the coastline, mountains and Mediterranean Sea. 🥖 Local Bakeries & Fresh Produce

For a more local experience, you'll find many small bakeries and fresh fruit and vegetable shops around Alanya. We recommend visiting the local bakeries for fresh Turkish bread, pastries and baked goods, and the neighbourhood fruit and vegetable shops for fresh seasonal produce. 🍅 Our tip: Buy your fresh fruit and vegetables locally — the quality is fantastic and it's a great way to experience everyday life in Alanya.
