The house, which has been lovingly restored, offers a blissful outside space and beautifully maintained gardens with views to the valley over avocado & citrus groves. It is just 5 minutes from the popular village of San Rafael, with south facing views and just 15 minutes from Ibiza Town.

Adding to the peace and tranquillity, there are a choice of terraces with luxuriously comfortable outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a large outdoor dining area.

There are two swimming pools, a tennis court, an outdoor yoga deck and an outdoor bathroom with shower located near the pool.

Inside, the property offers a spacious lounge area with huge sofas and feature fireplace; there is a large TV with access to a Movistar satellite package, double glass doors giving access to the terrace which leads down to the pool and there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a Sonos system throughout. The downstairs hall has a guest WC for convenience.

The large, bright traditionally styled kitchen is fully equipped and open plan with the dining area, it also has double glass doors leading out to a terrace.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
