Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Upper floor: open gallery. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC and TV (flat screen). The house is situated on a hillside that overlooks a beatiful landscape. It is away from busy roads therefore the neighbourhood is very quiet. The house is modern, completely furnished and comfortable. It offers a great, professional kitchen, large dining room and a few sleeping rooms which offer privacy. Swimming pool always clean and ready to use. We appreciated a warm welcome by the owner as well as support throughout the stay. I strongly recommed the house for groups of 12-16 people.

Fantastic accomodation, good beds, airco, swimming pool and a professiknal kitchen that we where able to use. Family is very helpfull and their lasagna was terrific. Visiting the city of Todi and Trevi is great - and the views from the pool are incredible.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
