A glass breakfast table divides the living space from the well-equipped kitchen area and breakfast bar, bathed in the light that streams in from the glass doors that give additional access onto the upper terrace.

The other four double bedrooms are found on the ground floor. Spacious accommodation, with clean white walls, polished cement detailing, and crisp white bedding, each has its own ensuite shower room.

The terraces of each of the ground-floor bedrooms wrap around the house – from shaded sofa seating, to a line of crisp white loungers with idyllic sea views – to re-join the ground-floor decking and plunge pool.
