Upper floor: open gallery with 1 bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. 3nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 large double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Gas heating (extra). Large, beautiful villa "Lombardy Villa 1005", 300 m a.s.l., detached from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by fields and vineyards. In the hamlet Orzola 1 km from the centre of Zenevredo, 24 km from the centre of Pavia, 70 km from the centre of Milano, in a sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 120 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool with privacy (11 x 5 m, depth 150 - 300 cm, 15.05.-15.10.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 1.2 km, railway station "Stradella" 3 km, thermal baths "Salice Terme" 42 km. Golf course (18 hole) 27 km. Please note: suitable for families. June 2020La proprietà è molto bella ,la zona è adatta a chi vuole pace e tranquillità, la casa nel suo interno avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioramento : tende offuscanti per chi dorme in soppalco, zanzariere per i veramente troppi insetti che entrano inevitabilmente all’interno Letti singoli un po’ più lunghi, infine sarebbe necessaria una pulizia più approfondita sia degli interni che degli esterni ...I proprietari sono gentili, per il nostro gruppo è comunque stata un’ esperienza positiva [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The property is very nice, the area is suitable for those who want peace and tranquillity, the house inside would need some improvement: obscuring curtains for those who sleep in the loft, mosquito nets for the really too many insects that inevitably enter inside, single beds a little longer, and a more thorough cleaning of both the interiors and the exteriors would be necessary ... The owners are kind, for our group it was anyway a positive experience.

The villa is gorgeous and comfortable, with large rooms and a lot of equipment. Incredible views on the hills and vines landscape, beautiful pool, nice gardens.
