Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, cooking island). Air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC and hydro massage bath. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Deck chairs (6). View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Computer (free). Reserved parking.

Very cosy, comfortable villa "Sardinia Villa 1034", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. 5 km from the centre of Bari Sardo, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 200 m from the beach. Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool with privacy (60 m2, depth 140 - 200 cm, 01.04.-30.10.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, barbecue house. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 200 m, rocky beach 1 km. Tennis 1 km. Perfect house! The kitchen and the wood-fired oven are perfect for cooking and baking pizza or grilling the Bistecca alla fiorentina ;) You can find every kitchen aid for cooking in the great kitchen. Had an amazing time there and very warm welcome from the owner Mauro.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
