     Located in Florida House 4138, this 4-bedroom, 3-batrhoom vacation house with private pool and games room sleeps up to 8 people. Let’s see what’s going on under the roof. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed and private access to the pool area. And the fourths bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. All bedrooms have their own TV.
     The kitchen is large and spacious. It has plenty of countertop space, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and views of the living area. It also comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. The living room has a floral arm chair, brown sectional, large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, and a patio door that leads to the pool area. Just off the kitchen is the dining area that has seating for up to 6 people. The pool area is screened in and has a spa, a covered lanai with a table and four chairs, a good-size pool, and views of a field. The games room is in the converted garage. It has a pool table and a foosball table.
