Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large balcony, terrace roofed, garden. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the floors. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Above Porticcio 3 km from the centre of Porticcio, 16 km from the centre of Ajaccio, 118 km from the centre of Porto-Vecchio, in an elevated position on a slope, residential area (villas), 1.6 km from the sea. For shared use: terraced garden with plants, natural garden. Private: swimming pool (5 x 4 m, 01.04.-15.11.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, sandy beach "Plage d'Agosta" 1.6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates.

Small, quiet fishing village with 150 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 17 km from Ajaccio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
