Completely restored country house, located on the Mugello hills, north of Florence. Country house "Florence Villa 1006". 4 km from the centre of Vicchio, 35 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet position, 25 km from the lake. Private: garden 1'550 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 24.06.-16.09.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.11.-15.04.), heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, railway station "Vicchio del Mugello" 4 km. Tennis 4 km. The apartment was tastefully restored and furnished combining rustic and antique furniture.
