Sarah November 2024Perfect for our stay, very quiet, beautiful pool on the doorstep. Very tastefully furnished, well equipped kitchen. Pablo was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed a great fishing trip with Pedro from FishOn, based just five minutes walk from the apartment. Fantastic restaurants nearby, lots to explore on the island, all within an hour or two's drive.
Lukasz May 2024I will not recommend this place to anyone at all. There is a bedroom in basement with bathroom 1 completely without window other got very very small. The walls losing concrete in bedroom very old furniture. Smell all over plus lots of cockroach. From small to very large one. The living room is lovely as on picture. Kitchen is a bit old and smelly. The top 2 bedroom it was OK with balcony and private bathroom. The shower tiles on 1 wall will fall out soon we must be careful as half of the wall tiles are lose. They can fell down when you touched. There was building works in each house in community using chain saw, hammer, hammer drill, painting and lots of noise which we was not informed by the host before we booked. Otherwise we will not go there at all. Generally the place is out of date in 70% I will not recommend it to anyone. You need a car to travel as this place is far from city centre and attraction. Swimming pool is nice size but unfortunately dirty from the trees. Wall was gren

The house is one of 15 similar properties, sharing a large pool within a private area.
Pablo's property was internally well furnished with excellent wi-fi and TV facilities. Everything was there to make the stay comfortable and easy for home living. The weekly cleaning service was superb and helped keep the property spotlessly clean. We have rented many properties in Gran Canaria and elsewhere and this was the best we have stayed in to date.
Pasito Blanco is pristine, well maintained, very clean and a pleasure to walk around. There is a good restaurant at the marina yacht club and the small on-site shop, a few minutes walk from the property, has better qulaity food than some of the larger supermarkets in Meloneras.

The house is perfect, it is well furnished and has enough dishware and cooking utensils. The neighborhood and the beach are wonderful. It was the best beach from all those we visited as it was clean, family friendly and not crowded.
Neighbors (or other renters) were friendly and the kids all played and had so much fun in the pool and at night.
The little supermarket down the street has a large assortment of basic needs but the larger market is just 5 min away by car.
The restaurant at the marina is great and very affordable.
It is a great place for a family vacation.
