Exit to the loggia. 1 large double bedroom. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Torsoli 4 km from Tuscany Villa 1043: The Poggio is a beautiful independent farmhouse divided into 3 residential units, Torsoli (IT5269.840.1)) and Tuscany Villa 1043 (IT5269.840.2) are two independent portions placed on the ground floor and below, where there is an apartment that the owner occasionally uses. Beautiful, rustic 3-family house "Il Poggio", surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 15 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 16 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 35 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1 ha (fenced), large, well-kept garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, 16.05.-04.10.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Stunning piece of accommodation. The photographs do not really do it justice. Very spacious. Beautiful pool with spectacular views of the surrounding hills. It is remote which is what I was hoping for. The road to the property is narrow. I hope I am able to return.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
