Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Oil heating. Natural stone floors. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Cortiglione 22 km from Asti: Rustic cottage "Cascina Calore". In the district of Cortiglione 20 km from the centre of Asti, 1 km from the centre of Cortiglione, 10 km from the centre of Nizza Monferrato, in the countryside. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow. Breakfast possible (extra). 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, railway station "Asti" 20 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. The pool of the 'Agriturismo dei Fiori' (12 x 6 m, 1,20-2,00 m deep, 01.06.-30.09.) located at a distance of approx. ca. 2000 m, can be used by our guests for a fee of: EUR 10 per person/day.

P. and F. (sp??) were wonderful hosts sharing their home grown fruit and vegetables incl. strawberries at the end of October!! P. went out of his way to provide us with useful information about the surrounding area which is a great base for exploring Nizza Monferrato, Alba, Asti and the multitute of little villages and hamlets. We bought some excellent wines from one of the local wineries. The house has it's idiosyncrasies, e.g. hot water to arrive but when in the countryside .

P. and F. (sp??) were wonderful hosts sharing their home grown fruit and vegetables incl. strawberries at the end of October!! P. went out of his way to provide us with useful information about the surrounding area which is a great base for exploring Nizza Monferrato, Alba, Asti and the multitute of little villages and hamlets. We bought some excellent wines from one of the local wineries. The house has it's idiosyncrasies, e.g. hot water to arrive but when in the countryside .

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
