Protaras Villa 1463 is a modern 3-bedroom beachfront villa located in the most affluent area of Protaras. A quiet residential coastal area in the heart of Central Protaras just 2 minutes' walk from the Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay famous for its crystal clear blue waters and voted by TripAdvisor as one of the Top 10 beaches in Europe.
Protaras Villa 1463 offers breathtaking sea views, 150 square meters of living space and an outdoor private pool surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean style garden with aromatic plants and flowers.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area that open up to the large outdoor pool and garden area. The first double bedroom and a shower room are also conveniently located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor you will find the second double bedroom, a family bathroom, the master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower room, amazing panoramic sea views and a large semi-covered veranda overlooking the pool and the coast. The villa can comfortably sleep six guests in beds while a seventh person can be accommodated in extra bed or baby cot.
