Private: property 580 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, 01.05.-15.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, sauna, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 950 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 950 m, pebble beach 2.5 km, concrete beach 2.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Video surveillance of the property.
