The home is fully air conditioned. This home will accommodate up to 6 people.There is complimentary use of a high chair, crib and stroller. The home has Free WiFi.Come and enjoy this truly luxurious home!! The fully equipped, eat in kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast area with bar stools. The dining area which seats 6 is conveniently located next to the kitchen and close to the nicely appointed living area. The kitchen is open plan and you can see all the way to the pool through the sliding patio doors in the living room.After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered lanai which also includes a splash pool that can be heated! The pool has a seating bench and bubbles for your enjoyment. Two sun loungers are placed beside the pool. There is a seating group with 6 chairs. Beautiful house. Instructions was clear and precise. Easy check-in. We thank the host for renting he...r house to us. While there we treated it like it was our home. The only 2 complaints we have is 1- We never got the key to the Pool, Jacuzzi and exercise room. When I inquired about it, we was told we had to pay a $50 deposit and drive additional 20 minutes to complete application and pay to get the key. We would get the $50 back when we return the key, which is about another 20 minutes drive. What an inconvenience that would be. When the key could have been in the house and if something happened that we lost the key or didn't leave it in the house then charge us the $50. 2- We had to buy ice due to the ice maker in the refrigerator wasn't making ice. We called maintenance but they never corrected the problem. This was not on the host. Other than that, as I stated before, the house is a beautiful house. In a great quiet location. We would recommend to Family, Friends and anyone.. We give it 5 star rating inspite of our 2 complaints. Thanks you Andy ❤ Read More

The townhouse was excellent. Perfect amount of space for my party of 5. There is the bare minimum of... cooking utensils, but if you’re not planning to cook a lot, whatever is there will suffice. I love how each room had their own bathroom, however, there is nowhere to place your shampoos and soaps in the showers. A shower caddy would be nice. The community pool is there, we didn’t use it, but you do need to pick up a key at the office for entry. The splash pool was perfect for the kids. Overall the space is roomy, and it was super clean.
