    The open concept floor plan is bright and airy, always letting in the Florida sun. This home is also outlined by 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a split floor plan for maximum privacy. 

    The dining area looks right over the pool where you can plan to spend plenty of time. To enjoy absolute perfection in the winter months, open the lanai doors for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. 
 
     The kitchen is stunning with its upgraded cabinetry and granite countertops and opens up to the family room and breakfast nook all of which have shimmering views of the canal and pool deck.

     Both the kitchen and living room offer sliding glass doors that open to the enclosed screened lanai.

     As you step onto the lanai with gorgeous views of the canal, plenty of outdoor seating, dining table and a fire table you won't want to go back inside.

Dock- Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or fishing. Kayaks in the garage.
Garage: two car garage available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.

     Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated. 

     BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

     This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 
     Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

The beautiful beaches of Manasota Key are a short 45-minute drive away, Boca Grande is 35 minutes
Shopping and Dining in Downtown Punta Gorda is 2 miles
Publix is 3 miles 
Saint Andrews South Golf Club is 1 mile
Public Boat Ramp access  Laishley Park for easy access to the water by boat is just over 3 miles  

     We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
