Apartment in a stylish semi-detached house near the lake Talvijärvi. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, both have 160 cm wide bed. In addition, 160 cm high loft have bedroom with 160 cm wide bed. In the lobby of the loft, 140 cm wide sofa bed. Travel cot is also available for small travelers. On the ground floor, there is a drying cabinet and washing machine. During the winter, when Talvijärvi freezes over, the nearest Talvijärvi ski lift is only 500 m away. Valtavaara-Pyhävaara nature reserve 200 m. 28 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka 3.4 km, lake Talvijärvi 100 m. Semi-detached house built in 2017. Living room/kitchen, electric sauna.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
