This place is rented only for families and other people who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers.
50 km to the east from Savonlinna, lake Saimaa/Puruvesi 70 m, hard, gently deepening sand bottom, pier and rowing boat. There is a road to the other cabins in the area between the cabin and the beach.
Wooden cabin 2008, living room/kitchen (30 m²), two bedrooms (10 m²), one with two beds, another with double bed, washroom, wood-burning sauna stove, two separate WC, lobby, covered porch and terrace.
On the upper floor, bedroom (12 m²) with two beds and cot, lobby (15 m²) with double bed and separate WC.
There is a hot tub for rent in the yard, an extra fee will be applied. In summer the fee is 70 euro (guests carry out the filling and heating by themselves). The Hot tub can also be rented as pre-filled and pre-heated, the fee is 150 euro. During the winter season, the hot tub is available preheated only. Payment to the owner on the site.
Pet fee 15 euro/pet/stay. Southern Savonia Villa 1056 is a spacious and well reachable rental cabin. It is ideal even for a larger group of guests. The following rental cabins are located in the same tourist area: 15241, 15242, 15243, 15244 and 15499.
The owner is offering several rental services for the guests. There are, for example, snowmobiles, motorboats, outboard motors, canoes, kayaks, sup boards, bicycles, and fishing gear for rent. There is also possibilities for horse riding and sleigh riding in the area.
There are many places worth visiting nearby; good hiking trails and possibilities to pick berries and mushroom.
