Kerry July 2024We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious and the beds comfortable. The views are beautiful, and there is plenty of outside space to relax and play. Rosswald was easy to reach by public transport. The apartment was just 5 minute walk from the Gondola station, and the detailed check in guide was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant by the Gondola station (Rosswaldstube) which overlooked a playground and small swimming pool, which the children enjoyed. There is a small shop nearby, with limited opening hours and cash required for purchases less than 20 CHF. I can strongly recommend this apartment.

Het bereiken van de locatie is een heuse speurtocht wat wij wel leuk vonden. Lees de andere recensies voor tips over bereikbaarheid.
Je moet qua interieur wel door de wat gedateerde stijl heenkijken. Maar alles is prachtig onderhouden en brandschoon. Dat laatste mag ook wel, want 200 euro betalen voor de verplichte eindschoonmaak is de duurste die ik ooit ben tegengekomen.
Maar alles meer dan waard!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad, heel fijn huis, met uitgebreide (keuken) voorzieningen (veel meer dan in advertentie is aangegeven) op een prachtige plek.
Er is een mogelijkheid om met het bewijs van betaling van toeristenbelasting een weekpas voor de gondel te kopen voor het hele gezelschap, voor in totaal ~ 100€.
Het is daarom aantrekkelijk om zomers onderaan de gondel te parkeren, aangezien in Rosswald parkeren ook 10 CHF per dag kost en de weg omhoog inderdaad zeer uitdagend is.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Idéal pour une famille jusqu'à 4 enfants.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques (occasion de les rencontrer 1 fois lors de notre séjour).
L'endroit où se trouve le chalet est paisible et très calme. L'extérieur est accueillant.
Le village de Rosswald est un départ idéal pour le randonnée.
