Simon January 2025We stayed for a weekend of skiing at this beautiful house in Riederalp and wished it had been longer. The rental unit is the top floor apartment of a charming Swiss chalet with breathtaking views over the mountain ranges and valleys (including Matterhorn!). The interior is cozy, well equipped and appears recently refurbished, everything is brand new and looks exactly like shown on the pictures. Wifi internet is fast, the kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals and the heating worked well. The location is within a few minutes walking distance from ski lifts and winter hiking and showshoeing trails. Since Riederalp is car free and snow covered in winter, this really is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful slice of winter wonderland. We loved our stay so much, we came back two weeks later to stay in the smaller unit in the same house, which is also amazing. Thank you for hosting us, we'll be back many times!
