3-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Large living room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with dining table, radio. On the lower ground floor: 25 m2, Studio with 1 double bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 balconies, patio, porch. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. The well maintained garden is equipped with a covered pavilion, the cozy garden house with heating and a covered terrace as well as a barbecue - enjoy it. Schaldming-Dachstein-Sommercard included!

Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, thermal baths "Therme Amadé" 29 km, bathing lake "Aich" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 800 m, ski lift 1.2 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1.2 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 1.5 km, Planet Planai 5 km. Hiking paths: Schafbauern Almen am Hauser Kaibling, Dachstein 12 km. Please note: suitable for families. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
