Welcome to the most spectacular Sunset on the island! This modern-style accommodation is located in a residential complex with two communal pools, located next to Anfi del Mar and just a few steps from the beach. It has two terraces, one of them with a barbecue, so you will have more space than you could imagine to enjoy the sun, your morning coffee or those chats under the stars.
The space
Inside, the Mediterranean style is breathed in every corner, from the warm and bright tones, to the wood and ceramic details that transport you to the coast just by opening your eyes. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and another with two single beds and a fan. In addition, the bathroom with a shower and a terrace with 2 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and chairs.
On the main floor, we find the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. In the living room, which includes air conditioning and a 55¨ Tv, where you can enjoy international channels and all sports, perfect for those nights when you just want to watch your favorite program from any corner of the world and sofa bed for 2 guests. A bathroom with shower and laundry space and the spacious terrace with barbecue, dining table for 6 people and chillout space.
And if being in the centre of it all is your thing, this place has you covered: 600 metres from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure life, you will have everything you need for a perfect holiday or a relaxing day in your own corner.
Unlimited high-speed WiFi of 300 Mbps.
A full weekly cleaning is included (for bookings of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and a highchair (on request) will be provided for a child under 2 years free of charge.

Rebecca August 2025We had a wonderful stay at Pablo’s place in Anfi del Mar. I stayed with my partner and our two teenagers.
The apartment was exactly as described and gave us all plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed the two generous outdoor spaces, great for chilling in the warm evenings or as a retreat from the heat of midday.
The location was fantastic, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. The main beach was pretty crowded, especially at weekends but we often walked up to the other beach that seemed to be used more by locals and was much quieter.
The restaurants were great, serving delicious well priced food with friendly service.
There is so much to do in the local area. Recommendations would be Puerto de Mogan, the dunes at Maspalomas, a boat trip to spot dolphins and the miles of trails and coastal views if you are into hiking or running.
Pablo was always responsive and helpful, we couldn’t fault him as a host in any way.

The place is very spacious and great for two families and even with two babies.
The apartment is a duplex with balconies both at top and bottom. Unfortunately there was only a view from the top balcony which we couldn't access due to having babies with us. The bottom balcony is completely closed by a wall and you can not see out. This made us feel a bit boxed in, but probably not a problem if you are not bringing babies.
The location was great - not far to the beach, shops, restaurants etc.
The only bad thing about the location was that you can only access the apartment by stairs. This made solo trips with the stroller quite difficult. We did not see this described anywhere before booking.
The house itself was very perfect for our stay.
Pablo responded quickly to all our needs both before and during our stay.
If the stairs is not a problem, I would highly recommend the place.

Incredible location only a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Th pool is 1 minute away with a great little shop next door for ice creams and basic needs (bread, milk, juice). The house itself was beautiful so much space we were staying with 3 adults, 3 kids and an infant, we had more than enough space to sleep and relax! Pablo was very thorough with his instructions and sorted us a number for taxi to and from airport. Top holiday with a top house to live in 😁
