Beautiful and modern furnishings: upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (1). Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car), garage (extra) (1 car). Please note: private entrance.

Resort "Green Village". 15 houses in the resort. 60 apartments in the residence. 500 m from the centre of Lido di Jesolo (Piazza Mazzini), 30 km from the centre of Venezia, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. For shared use: property 12'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool kidney-shaped (300 m2, 08.05.-25.09.). Children's pool. Shop 500 m, railway station "San Donà di Piave" 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

If you want a sunbed you have to be at the pool at 9 am as the beds get taken very quickly. Traveller tips: Try to avoid buying groceries around the beach areas as they can be quite expensive. There are cheaper supermarkets if you look around

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
