Key Collection Procedure:
Visit the Be My Guest Concierge Office during operating hours.
Provide your government-issued ID to verify your booking.
Collect your keys and any necessary information for your stay.
After-Hours Collection:
If you need to collect your keys outside of office hours, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. A $300 AUD bond and government-issued ID are required for after-hours collection.
The latest key collection time for same-day bookings is 10 PM.

Building Access:
Entry to the Building: Use your key fob to access the building entrance at 648 Lonsdale Street.
Elevator to Apartment: Take the elevator to Level 66 and proceed to Apartment 6604.
Additional Amenities:
Facilities: Enjoy access to the building’s pool, gym, and lounge areas. These are located on Levels 6 and 7 and require the use of your fob for entry.
Hours: Amenities are available from 6AM to 11 PM.
