In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 400 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, 25.04.-10.10.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 8 km, sandy beach 8 km pebble beach 8 km, public bathing area 8 km.
