40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi 3 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Log duplex apartment. Area 100 m² of which 30 m² on the loft. Livingroom/kitchen, two bedrooms each with two separate beds, loft with a large alcove with four beds, in loft TV for DVDs. Electric sauna, shower, separate toilet. Two porch, Wifi Air conditioning, fire place and nursery equipment (baby cot and high chair). Homely duplex apartment located in the Ylläsjärvi village Iso-Ylläs area. Location is a peaceful area near the services of Iso-Ylläs. No pets allowed. Final cleaning and fire woods for fireplace are included in the price. Bed linen are available for rent.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
