"Vlaanderen Villa 1021", 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 3rd floor. Bright, rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table, TV and international TV channels (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower. Balcony 5 m2, north-west facing position balcony 6 m2, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the dunes. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 2 at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house.
Bredene Aan Zee: Group of youngsters not allowed. Modern, comfortable residence "L'Esperance", built in 2016. In a central position, 150 m from the beach, road to cross. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 150 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 150 m, bakery, café 200 m, bicycle rental 120 m, tram "Kusttram 'De Lijn'" 120 m, railway station "NMBS Oostende" 5 km. Surf school 700 m, children's playground 20 m. Nearby attractions: Fort Napoleon 2 km, Hangtime 2 km, Sealifecenter - Blankenberge 17 km, De Sierk - De Haan 5 km, Plopsaland - De Panne 45 km. Hiking paths: Landerijenpad 12 km, Spuikompad 10 km, Duinpanpad 6 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Thomas April 2021Cute and well equipped apartment. Only challenge was to find and enter the garage. To enter the garage you have to open the well hidden garage door from the inside. Not optimal given when the car is blocking the street.
Gillian August 2019Modern, light and airy apartment with everything you could possibly want or need for a comfortable stay. Decor has clearly had a lot of thought and is very well done. Location is excellent, close to supermarkets and restaurants with lovely views but is just far enough from the heart of the main street to be quiet and relaxing. For families with children, it is directly opposite a lovely little play park.

Schlüsselübergabe durch Interhome wirklich Verbesserungsbedarf gibt: Dass man erstmal Schlange stehen muss für die Schlüsselübergabe geschenkt, aber dann falsche Informationen bzgl. des Parkplatzes geben geht gar nicht. Vor allem, da man in Bredene sofort einen Strafzettel bekommt, wenn man kurz irgendwo steht. Daher war die Suche nach dem Parkplatz bzw. dem Zugang dazu dann auch recht teuer für uns (25 €). Zugang zu der Garage habe ich final erst mit Hilfe von zwei Hausbewohnern gefunden, auch wenn ich mich zwischendurch nochmal in die Interhome-Schlange gestellt habe. W-LAN Passwort ist auch falsch in der Info-Mappe und man muss das korrekte Passwort auf dem Router (im Wäscheraum) ablesen. Telefonisch war Interhome hier auch keine grosse Hilfe. Ansonsten aber alles gut. :) (English translation - Very nice apartment, but a star deduction, as there is regarding the key handover by Interhome really room for improvement: that you have to wait in line for the key handover, but then give wrong information regarding the parking lot is not. Especially since you get a ticket immediately in Bredene, if you are standing somewhere short. Therefore, the search for the parking or the access to it was also quite expensive for us (25 €). I finally found access to the garage only with the help of two house residents, even though I had intervened in the interhome queue again. W-LAN password is also wrong in the info folder and you have to read the correct password on the router (in the laundry room). By telephone, Interhome was not much help here either. Otherwise, everything was fine. :) )
