Charming semi-detached apartment completed in 2009 in a quiet area of Kulmaraka, a stone's throw from hobbies.
The spacious and bright living room kitchen creates the perfect setting for socializing and cooking. The sofa in the living room is a great place to admire the warmth of the fireplace.
The apartment has easy access to the nearest ski slope, and the first snow slope is less than a kilometer away.
In the sauna, relaxing steams relax both the mind and the muscles after a day. Clothes can be conveniently dried in the drying cabinet of a warm outdoor storage. The apartment is a great choice when there is a need to get beds for six people.
The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and the upstairs loft can comfortably accommodate four more persons.
Your own peace can be found in the bedroom of the loft, which has two single beds and a desk, even for remote working. The loft also has two single beds and a living area where you can relax on the sofa watching TV. The toilet in the loft adds to the comfort for accommodation. Child gates at both ends of the stairs prevent the youngest members of the family from climbing the stairs.
The air source heat pump creates suitable temperatures in both summer and winter.
