Apartment located near the center of Ruka in Hiihtokouluntie area. All services of Ruka are within walking distance. Bedroom 1: double bed and living room: spreadable sofa bed for two. Living room/kitchen, electric sauna. 27 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka village (West-Ruka) 350 m. Holiday apartment, built in 2004. Other distances: Oulanka National Park/Karhunkierros trail 23 km, Riisitunturi 29 km. More information: There is a shared ski maintenance room in the neighboring house B. Waste collection point at house A. Reservations start at 16 and end at 12 (also weekend reservations).

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
