"Nordrhein-Westfalen Villa 1001", 2-room apartment 46 m2 on 1st floor. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room 18 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player and hi-fi system. 1 room 15 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen 9 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The bookable additional room (16 m2, extra) for 2 people is on the same floor and has 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen) and a seat as well as a bathroom / toilet (5 m2). A baby and / or toddler as an additional person is not allowed.
